Educational Requirements may include:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, the applicant must have completed the minimum number of hours that is equivalent to a major (CHCS policy requires 27 hours, can include 3 hours of Ethics).
All Applicants are required to upload: Transcripts, Licensure or Certifications relevant to the position you are applying for.
Note: Only those applicants meeting the minimum qualifications will be considered. Not all applicants will be interviewed.
Current Employees:
As described in the Employee Handbook: Newly hired employees are not eligible for internal opportunities until they have completed one (1) year in their current position, and have NO active corrective actions.
Exceptions to required minimum time in current position may be considered when such action is determined to be necessary for program or department operations, and approved by the President/CEO and the Vice President of People and Culture.
